Resident Wander Control & Alert System for High Care facilities
Fugit is a wander control and alert system designed to protect residents and patients of high care units or facilities from straying. Fugit is a flexible and customizable system which help care facilities such as CHSLD’s meet government regulations concerning their resident’s security.
Fugit can be implemented in both stand-alone mode or integrated with MRC’s OMS-R Residence Operations applications. The system can be programmed by specified zones, exit/entrances, stairwells, elevators and others, with resident identification, location and permissions. As well, Fugit is fully compatible with MRC’s Emergency-Call systems.
• Fully customizable to meet the residence’s needs:

♦ By elevators
♦ In specific rooms - (mechanical or maintenance rooms, kitchen, laundry …)
♦ By category of access i.e. authorized or unauthorized
• Fugit components include:
♦ Proximity reads
♦ Controller and systems application software
♦ Employee communications: pager, PDA, cellular phone, telephones, computer
♦ Resident ID tags: badges and bracelets
♦ Optional third party component interfacing (door and elevator - keypads, latches…)
• Can be Standalone or used integrated with MRC’s Residence Care and Management Systems (OMS-R)
• Compatible with MRC’s Emergency-Call system
• Provides access to stored electronic files through MRC’s ATD module.
• Provides instant notification to attendants and management via pager, telephone, PDA
