The
Residence Operations Management System (OMS-R) is a fully integrated
package for long term care facilities designed to help owners and
managers meet the challenges of delivering
quality services while
managing the growth of their business in a cost-effective manner.
The
system provides management tools for all aspects of patient/resident
care and residence operations:

Admission, Discharge and Transfer (ADT)
– supports all data related to ADT activities such as contact
information, contract administration, and patient movement
management.

Care Management – planning tools for care
staff to manage all aspects of resident’s care and well being.

Treatment – the Electronic Health Record centralizes all the elements of patient/resident care.

Dispensing – manages the creation,
maintenance, confirmation and disposition status of each resident’s
medications.
- Inter-Department Tasking
– a
communications vehicle through which tasks and information are exchanged
between departments within and outside the residence
- Inventory Management – controls and
manages typical items such as Drug Inventory and Nursing Supplies
- Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
– integrated tools for managing contract and employment information of
staff.
- Time and Attendance – provides an integrated facility for capturing and
authorizing actual efforts associated with any staff activity.
- Payroll – a time and attendance module that allows for automatic processing of time sheet records into payroll information.
- Accounting – provides an integrated a basic Accounting System including G/L, AR, and AP modules to support financial operations. Works with most accounting software.
